Who is it for?

For executives who make AI investment decisions or prepare them for the board, and who are responsible for a budget and a team.

  • Senior leadership

C-level executives and general managers who want to be clear about how AI ties into company strategy, where to invest and where not to.

  • Function heads

HR, marketing, design, production, supply chain and operations leaders who want to turn the AI opportunities in their own units into something concrete.

  • Strategy and transformation teams

Teams that prepare the organisation's AI roadmap, prioritise projects and present them to management.

  • IT and data leaders

Technical managers looking for a shared language and a shared assessment framework with business units.

The questions on an executive's desk

The training centres on decisions, not tools. These six questions are answered for your own organisation.

Programme

Seven modules: strategy and governance modules plus function modules focused on HR, design and production.

  1. The strategic power of AI

When an AI approach is the right choice and when classic software is enough; how AI, machine learning and deep learning relate; where we stand today in the narrow AI, AGI and superintelligence debate.

Workshop Every executive identifies the use cases in their own unit.

  2. AI readiness and opportunity assessment

The organisation's AI readiness level, identifying high-value opportunities, the build vs buy decision and data infrastructure requirements.

Implementation Every executive prepares a draft AI opportunity assessment for their own unit.

  3. Preparing for the future and innovation

What AI can and cannot do today; how to manage workforce transformation; how to build an AI innovation culture and long-term AI governance.

  4. AI in human resources

Candidate screening and matching, predictive analytics in workforce planning, reducing bias in hiring; skill gap analysis, attrition models, personalised onboarding.

Workshop Designing an AI-assisted, ethical performance evaluation system.

  5. AI in design and content

Generative AI in concept development; on-brand, multilingual content; brand-consistent production with text-to-image, image-to-image and video models.

Case study How brands use AI in their design workflows.

  6. AI in production and the supply chain

Predictive maintenance, quality control with computer vision, digital twins; demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, supplier risk analytics and logistics route optimisation.

Case study Production efficiency with AI at an automotive manufacturer.

  7. Data governance and AI ethics

Responsible AI leadership, data governance frameworks, bias, transparency and explainability.

Regulation KVKK (Turkish data protection law) for personal data; the EU AI Act for those offering products or services on the EU market.

  8. Tailored to your organisation

The weight of each module, the case studies and the workshops are agreed in the pre-training call, based on your industry and the make-up of your leadership team.

By the end of the training, your executives

Conceptual sections move forward with case studies and workshops; every executive applies the frameworks to their own unit's agenda.

  • Can tell when AI is the right approach to a problem
  • Assess the AI readiness level and prioritise use cases
  • Evaluate the build vs buy decision against clear criteria
  • Know the common use cases in HR, design and production, and their limits
  • Plan workforce transformation with a framework
  • Ask the right questions about bias, transparency and regulatory risk

Every executive leaves with a draft AI opportunity assessment

The draft assesses one opportunity in the unit under five headings; it is concrete enough to be put up for discussion at a management meeting.

  1. OpportunityWhich process, which problem? Is AI the right approach?
  2. ValueExpected impact and rough cost; how will it be measured?
  3. DataIs there data, is its quality sufficient, are we allowed to use it?
  4. Build vs buyDevelop in-house, buy off the shelf or adapt?
  5. GovernanceWho owns it; how will the risks and the effect on the team be managed?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do participants need a technical background?

No; no code is written. Concepts are explained at the level needed to make decisions, with business examples. Your team's AI knowledge may be at different levels: in the workshops every executive works on their own unit, so everyone moves forward from their own level; technical managers are welcome too.

How is it different from your other corporate AI trainings?

AI Awareness gives all employees a shared vocabulary and safe-use habits; AI in Business Processes puts the tools into teams' daily work. This training is for decision makers: which project to invest in, build vs buy, data readiness, workforce transformation and AI governance.

Is it suitable for functions not named in the programme, such as finance or sales?

Yes. The function modules cover HR, design and content, and production and the supply chain. Executives from other functions take part in the strategy, AI readiness, build vs buy and governance modules in the same way; in the workshops and in the draft AI opportunity assessment they work on their own unit's scenario.

How long does the training take?

The duration is planned in the pre-training call, according to your leadership team's calendar and the modules you want to emphasise. The programme can run in one go on an intensive schedule or as sessions spread over several weeks.

Is the content adapted to our industry?

Yes. In a short pre-training call we learn about your industry, your priorities and the make-up of your leadership team; we prepare the case studies, the workshops and the weight of the function modules accordingly.

Is our company data used in the workshops?

No; real company data is never entered into any tool. The workshops run on your own units' scenarios, without sharing data. The principles for using data in AI projects and tools are covered in the “Data governance and AI ethics” module.

How do we continue after the training?

The draft assessments prepared by the executives form a starting list for your organisation's AI roadmap. If you wish, we can deepen this list with the AI Readiness Analysis and continue with hands-on trainings for your teams.

Who are your instructors?

The training is delivered by senior AI engineers and data scientists who run AI projects and consult for organisations at RuneLab. You hear about build vs buy, data readiness and risk from people who have made these decisions together with organisations.
