No. There are no prerequisites and no code is written. Technical teams are welcome too; the content is framed so everyone can apply it to their own business process.
The Awareness training builds a shared vocabulary and safe-use habits in one day. This training puts the tools into business processes over two days: prompt engineering, content and image production, data analysis and an AI application plan. You do not need to have taken the Awareness training; the fundamentals are covered in the first module. Awareness suits a broad audience that needs a common language; this training suits teams who will use the tools every day. See the Awareness training.
Chatbots such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, AI search tools such as Perplexity, text-to-image tools and design assistants are used. Most exercises can be done with free versions; free versions may have usage limits for data analysis and image generation. If your organisation has licensed tools, the content is adapted to them. The tool set is reviewed before every training.
No; real company data is never entered into any tool. Participants design their own work scenarios and do the exercises with anonymised data sets that we provide. Which data may go into which tool, and privacy regulation (KVKK/GDPR), are covered separately in the “Responsible AI use and ethics” module.
Yes. In the pre-training call we find out which tools are available and approved at your organisation and plan the exercises around them. A laptop and internet access are all participants need.
Every participant defines a success criterion in their AI application plan; for example, the time it takes to prepare a report. After the training these plans give you a ready-made list of measures you can follow up internally.
Yes. In a short call before the training we learn about your processes and the tools you use, and prepare the examples and exercises accordingly.
The training is delivered by senior AI engineers and data scientists who run corporate AI projects at RuneLab; the delivery is designed for non-technical participants. Boğaziçi University academics also contribute to the sessions.
