Who is it for?

For teams that have not yet brought AI into their workflows, or use it in a scattered, unmanaged way.

  • Managers

Where AI creates value and where it does not — a framework to use when deciding.

  • HR and L&D teams

A starting point for planning in-house AI literacy and establishing a shared vocabulary.

  • Operations, sales and finance teams

Concrete methods for everyday reporting, correspondence, analysis and summarising.

  • All non-technical staff

Anyone who wants to use the tools safely and productively without writing code.

By the end of the day your team

Not a slide deck: every module moves through short exercises in which participants work on examples from their own jobs.

  • Tells realistically what AI can and cannot do
  • Identifies at least three concrete use cases in their own workflow
  • Writes effective, repeatable prompts for generative AI tools
  • Recognises and manages data-security, privacy (KVKK/GDPR) and faulty-output risks
  • Adopts shared rules for verifying outputs and responsible use
  • Leaves with a prioritised list of ideas for the organisation's next step

Programme

Six modules, one day. Examples and exercises are tailored to your industry.

  1. What AI is — and what it is not

Core concepts, common misconceptions and the real limits of today's tools. A shared vocabulary is established.

  2. Generative AI and large language models

Chat assistants, text and image generation, search-augmented models: how they work and why they sometimes get it wrong.

  3. Use cases in business processes

Industry-specific examples in reporting, customer communication, summarising, analysis and content creation; participants map out their own scenarios.

  4. Effective prompting — hands-on

Context, role, format and example-giving techniques; we write and compare prompts that get the same job done better.

  5. Risks: data security, privacy, faulty outputs, ethics

Which data may go into which tool, how to verify outputs, and how to write internal usage rules.

  6. Roadmap and next steps for your organisation

The ideas gathered during the day are prioritised; we close with a small 30-day pilot plan for the team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do participants need a technical background?

No. There are no prerequisites and no code is written. Technical teams are welcome too; the content is framed so everyone can apply it to their own work.

Is the content adapted to our industry?

Yes. In a short call before the training we learn about your processes and the tools you use, and prepare the examples and exercises accordingly.

Do you issue a certificate?

Every participant receives a RuneLab Academy certificate of attendance. On request, the training can be run together with Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Centre and the certificate issued with BÜYEM endorsement.

Who are your instructors?

RuneLab Academy instructors building projects and consulting for the industry. Our instructors are senior AI engineers and data scientists actively managing projects at RuneLab.

How is the price set?

We prepare a quote for your organisation based on the number of participants, the format and how much the content is tailored. Fill in the form and we will get back to you within one business day.

Do participants need a laptop or tool licences?

A laptop or tablet is enough for the exercises; we work with freely available tools. If your organisation has licensed tools, we adapt the exercises to them.

Is there a follow-up after the training?

The awareness training is the first step. It can be followed by hands-on generative AI workshops for teams, role-based training, and an AI readiness analysis for your organisation.
