Course Objective & Scope
Effective product management is about solving the right customer problems to create measurable business impact, rather than running a feature factory. This course covers continuous product discovery, Opportunity Solution Trees, value proposition design, outcome-driven roadmaps, prioritisation with RICE and Kano, product-market fit and product metrics (North Star, activation, retention) end to end.
Working on an existing or new product from their organisation, participants produce a problem statement, a prioritised feature/experiment backlog and a quarterly product roadmap.
