Course Objective & Scope

Without a shared architecture language across business, data, application and technology layers, transformation programmes fragment into disconnected investments. The programme covers the core building blocks of the TOGAF Standard: the ADM cycle from the Preliminary phase to Architecture Change Management, business, data, application and technology architectures, building blocks, the Architecture Repository, the Enterprise Continuum, stakeholder management and architecture governance.

Participants work on a transformation case from their organisation to produce baseline and target analyses, a gap analysis and a migration roadmap. Topic areas of the Foundation and Practitioner levels are covered systematically.
