Course Objective & Scope

Unplanned SharePoint sites and deeply nested folders quickly turn into document sprawl and permission risks. This course focuses on designing and managing SharePoint as an organised enterprise knowledge and collaboration platform.

Hub, communication and team site architecture, replacing deep folders with metadata, content types and views, versioning and co-authoring, permission models aligned with Microsoft 365 Groups, and document approval workflows in Power Automate are practised hands-on. Participants create a site architecture template and a permissions and governance checklist for their organisation.
