Course Objective & Scope
Employees and customers expect instant answers and self-service execution for common tasks such as checking order status, logging support tickets or submitting HR requests. Microsoft Copilot Studio provides a visual authoring canvas to design, test and publish conversational assistants and agents.
In this foundational course, participants create a copilot from scratch, author structured dialog topics, extract structured inputs using entities and variables, trigger backend workflows via Power Automate, render rich Adaptive Cards and publish to Microsoft Teams and web channels.
