Course Objective & Scope
Finance and FP&A teams spend heavy hours during close cycles consolidating sheets, explaining budget-versus-actual variances and preparing board decks. This course integrates Excel Copilot, ChatGPT Data Analysis and enterprise LLMs into financial analysis, formula and macro generation, variance commentary, contract/invoice review and management reporting.
Exercises use anonymised P&L, cost-centre and cash-flow datasets. Participants leave with a reconciliation protocol that prevents numerical hallucinations, a monthly management report prompt template and a financial data confidentiality checklist.
