Course Objective & Scope
In-house legal and compliance departments review high volumes of NDAs, vendor, service and distribution agreements alongside frequent regulatory updates. This course shows how to use LLMs safely for contract summarisation, flagging risky clauses against a company playbook, drafting alternative redline language, regulatory gap analysis and internal policy drafting.
Fabricated case law or statutes (hallucinations), legal privilege and KVKK boundaries are addressed through real examples. Participants build a contract-review prompt set and a legal verification checklist tailored to their own agreement types.
