Course Objective & Scope
Operations and supply chain teams contend with delays, inventory imbalances, supplier disruptions and fragmented standard operating procedures (SOPs). This course integrates generative AI into daily operations management, S&OP meeting preparation, root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa), supplier correspondence and procedure documentation.
Participants work on shipment, inventory or process-disruption cases drawn from their own operations, producing a standard SOP generation template, a supplier risk assessment checklist and a weekly operations summary workflow.
