Course Objective & Scope

A large share of a project manager's time goes into reports, meeting notes, plan updates and follow-up messages. This programme shows how to use generative AI tools across the project life cycle: drafting scope and WBS, risk identification, meeting summaries and action extraction, status reporting, stakeholder communication, plus built-in AI features and simple automations in Jira, Asana and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Verification, confidentiality and data protection limits are addressed in every exercise. Participants design a prompt library and an AI-assisted weekly reporting flow for their own projects.
