Course Objective & Scope
As projects grow in scope, budget and stakeholder complexity, unclear governance, uncontrolled scope creep and drift from the original business justification become common risks. This programme covers the PRINCE2 (7th Edition) methodology end to end: the 7 principles, the central people element, the 7 practices (business case, organizing, quality, plans, risk, issues and progress) and the 7 processes from starting up to closing a project.
Rather than rote memorisation, participants work through an enterprise project case, inspect core management products (PID, stage plans, risk and issue registers) and practise with Foundation-style exam questions.
