Course Objective & Scope
While Canvas and Model-driven apps target internal employees, organizations often need customers, suppliers, partners or citizens to submit requests and view records stored in Dataverse. Power Pages enables low-code external websites backed by enterprise-grade identity and row-level security.
Participants use Power Pages Design Studio and the Portal Management app to build pages, configure lists and multistep forms, set up external authentication, enforce granular Web Roles and Table Permissions, and extend portals with Liquid templates, JavaScript and the Web API.
