Course Objective & Scope
The PMP and CAPM exams test judgement rather than memorisation: most questions describe a project scenario and ask for the project manager's best next step. The programme covers the People, Process and Business Environment domains of PMI's exam content outline, the principles and performance domains of the PMBOK Guide, predictive, agile and hybrid life cycles, and key calculations such as earned value and critical path.
Each topic block is reinforced with scenario-based question practice; participants build a personal gap map and individual study plan. Examples are drawn from the organisation's own project practices.
