Course Objective & Scope
When poorly configured, Jira becomes bureaucratic overhead instead of a source of visibility for teams. This course teaches how to structure Jira around the team's actual way of working: company-managed versus team-managed projects, epic-story-task-subtask hierarchy, Scrum and Kanban board settings, custom workflows and screen schemes, advanced filtering with JQL, Jira Automation rules and executive dashboards.
Participants build an end-to-end Jira project, filter set and tracking dashboard around a scenario from their own organisation, leaving with a standard configuration checklist for internal reuse.
