Course Objective & Scope
Corporate wikis and RAG assistants are usually accurate on day one, then decay as policies change, duplicate files pile up and resolved issues never make it into documentation. This course teaches how to build automated knowledge flows that capture information where it is created—meetings, resolved tickets, updated SOPs, regulatory bulletins—and route it to the right people and indexes.
Participants build workflows for document change detection, automated metadata tagging, knowledge-gap capture and permission-aware RAG indexing.
Who Should Attend?
- Knowledge management, quality and documentation leads
- Product and data teams maintaining internal RAG and AI assistants
