Course Objective & Scope
Profitable e-commerce depends on much more than buying traffic: it requires strong digital merchandising, frictionless checkout and fulfilment, and repeat customer purchases. This course provides an end-to-end foundation across the entire e-commerce value chain.
Balancing D2C storefronts (Shopify, composable platforms) with marketplaces (Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada), category taxonomy and Product Detail Page (PDP) conversion, payment/shipping/returns operations, promotional calendars, cart recovery and CRM retention flows, and e-commerce P&L unit economics (AOV, CVR, CAC, return rate, contribution margin) are covered through practical cases. Participants build a store audit and growth checklist.
