Course Objective & Scope

In agile transformations, installing ceremonies is easy, whereas sustaining behavioural and cultural change is hard. Grounded in the Agile Coaching competency framework, this programme covers the professional coaching stance, powerful questions, neutral facilitation, switching between mentoring and teaching, team dynamics through the Tuckman and Lencioni models, conflict navigation and managing organisational resistance.

Run with role-plays and real team cases from the organisation, the workshop equips participants with a team maturity assessment, a coaching alliance canvas and a 90-day coaching intervention plan.
