Course Objective & Scope
In many organisations AI ideas arrive as scattered requests, making it hard to tell which scenario will generate real business value, which can be solved with simple automation and which carries heavy data or compliance risk. This programme provides a structured methodology to filter business demands and turn them into a strategically aligned use case portfolio.
Value-chain scanning, problem–solution matching (classic ML, RAG, LLM, agents, rule-based automation) and multi-criteria scoring matrices are applied to the organisation's own processes. Participants leave with standardised use case cards and a balanced portfolio matrix tailored to their business.
Who Should Attend?
- Business unit heads and functional leaders
- Strategy, business development and digital transformation managers
- Product management, process excellence and innovation teams
- Business analysts and PMO leaders evaluating data and AI requests
Key Takeaways
- Systematically scan the value chain and customer journey for high-impact AI opportunities
- Distinguish whether a business problem fits classic analytics, RAG, LLMs or agent architectures
- Build a scoring matrix covering business value, data readiness, technical complexity and regulatory risk
- Balance quick wins against long-term strategic bets in a coherent portfolio
- Prepare standardised use case definition cards ready for executive sign-off
