Course Objective & Scope

Executive AI decisions often stall for months due to competing priorities across business units, IT, information security and finance. Keeping theory to a minimum, this intensive workshop is designed to resolve one to three live AI decisions currently sitting on leadership's desk using structured decision analysis tools.

Decision briefs and options are gathered beforehand; during the session the team works through trade-off matrices, pre-mortem risk analysis and guardrail conditions. Participants leave with signed-off Decision Records, clear owners and defined review triggers.

Who Should Attend?

  • CEOs, executive committee members and business unit VPs
  • Decision-makers at CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO and CFO level
  • Members of the AI Steering Committee
  • Project sponsors facing a critical AI investment, vendor or architecture decision

Key Takeaways

  • Decompose stalled AI investment, architectural or sourcing dilemmas into clear options and criteria
  • Score trade-offs between speed to value, security, compliance and cost transparently
  • Run a pre-mortem analysis to surface failure modes and early warning triggers
  • Distinguish reversible (two-way door) from irreversible decisions to accelerate governance
  • Produce a formal AI Decision Record with assigned owners, budget bounds and review dates
