Course Objective & Scope
Unlike single-use-case data checks, an enterprise AI Readiness Assessment evaluates the organisation's holistic capacity to deliver and scale AI safely and repeatedly. This course teaches teams how to diagnose institutional strengths and structural bottlenecks across six foundational dimensions.
Participants score strategy and leadership alignment, data architecture and accessibility, cloud/model/integration platforms, talent and AI literacy, procurement and delivery agility, and governance and security using structured maturity rubrics. In a workshop tailored to the organisation, teams map their current baseline and construct a 90- and 180-day readiness action plan.
Who Should Attend?
- Digital transformation, strategy and corporate development leaders
- IT, data, enterprise architecture and information security managers
- HR, learning and development, and organisational design leads
