Course Objective & Scope
Using enterprise AI tools merely as a search bar or basic email drafter leaves most productivity gains on the table. This multi-module academy turns non-technical business professionals and managers into confident, critical power users: covering how LLMs work and where they fail, structured prompt and context engineering, multi-document synthesis, spreadsheet and data analysis, building reusable custom assistants (Custom GPTs, Copilot agents, Gems) and rigorous output verification.
Through inter-module assignments on their own departmental tasks, participants build a validated workflow prototype and a reusable prompt and assistant playbook for their team.
Who Should Attend?
- Sales, marketing, finance, HR, procurement, operations and customer service professionals
- Business unit managers and specialists driving workflow productivity
- Employees selected to serve as internal AI Champions across business functions
- No coding background required; labs are tailored to the organisation's approved AI toolset
Key Takeaways
- Write reliable prompts using role, rich context, constraints, few-shot examples and structured output formats
- Synthesise, cross-check and interrogate lengthy reports, policies and meeting transcripts with source grounding
- Clean tabular data, explore trends and generate executive-ready summaries without writing code
- Build reusable custom assistants and prompt templates anchored in departmental standards
- Apply a strict human-in-the-loop checklist for hallucinations, bias and corporate data privacy
