Course Objective & Scope
Central IT or transformation teams cannot single-handedly change the daily work habits of hundreds of employees; lasting adoption happens through trusted grassroots practitioners inside each business unit. This programme equips nominated AI Champions with both advanced hands-on AI workflow skills and peer coaching capabilities.
Participants practise structured prompt and context engineering, custom assistant/workflow design, safe-use quality checks and micro-workshop facilitation. Each Champion graduates with a validated department prompt/workflow pack and a 60-day unit rollout plan.
