Course Objective & Scope

With AI capabilities evolving monthly, top-down formal training alone cannot keep an enterprise current. Breakthrough workflows are often discovered inside one team but stay trapped in silos because there is no mechanism to validate and share them across the company.

This course teaches leaders how to launch and sustain a self-reinforcing internal AI Community of Practice that avoids the classic "dead chat channel" fate. Participants design a six-month community operating plan covering channel architecture, ritual calendars, a curated prompt/workflow repository, internal hackathons and community health metrics.

Who Should Attend?

  • Corporate academy, learning and development (L&D) and HR managers
  • AI Center of Excellence and digital transformation community leads
  • Internal communications, employer branding and innovation programme managers

  • Operate a searchable, peer-reviewed internal library of prompts, assistants and use cases
