Course Objective & Scope
Organisations produce plenty of reports, yet only a few genuinely support decisions. This programme applies the analyst's daily workflow end to end: asking the right question, preparing the data, analysing it and presenting the result convincingly.
Analysis frameworks (funnel, cohort, segmentation), KPI and metric definitions, querying data with SQL, basic statistical interpretation, dashboard design principles in Power BI or Tableau, and storytelling are covered. The organisation's own BI tool is used, and participants analyse a question from their own area, producing a one-page insight report and a dashboard prototype.
