Course Objective & Scope
For organisations that have used Power BI for years, moving to Fabric involves many decisions, from the licensing and capacity model down to the data preparation layer. The programme covers building an inventory of workspaces, semantic models and dataflows, moving from Premium capacity to Fabric SKUs and converting Dataflow Gen1 to Gen2.
Participants migrate a sample Power BI solution to a Lakehouse and Direct Lake architecture and compare performance and cost before and after. The work ends with a migration checklist and phased roadmap adapted to the organisation's environment.
Who Should Attend?
