Course Objective & Scope

Static mockups are rarely enough to validate product decisions, yet building coded or deeply interactive prototypes often takes weeks. This training enables design and product teams to turn concepts into clickable prototypes running with realistic data on the same day.

Generating working interfaces from prompts and screenshots with Figma Make, Vercel v0, Lovable and Bolt/Claude Artifacts, iterating design variants in parallel, wiring prototypes into usability test scenarios and defining boundaries for engineering handoff are practised hands-on. Teams leave with a test-ready interactive prototype for one of their own product scenarios.

Who Should Attend?

  • UI/UX and product designers
  • Design technologists and prototyping specialists
  • Product managers and innovation teams
  • Prerequisite: interface design experience; coding knowledge is not required

Key Takeaways

  • Generate working interactive prototypes from PRDs, sketches or Figma frames
  • Explore alternative interaction patterns in parallel for the same problem
  • Enrich prototypes with realistic synthetic data and state transitions
  • Fold user-test feedback back into the prototype within minutes
  • Manage the boundary between throwaway prototype code and production code

Curriculum

Moving from Static Mockups to Live Prototypes
  • Use cases for Figma Make, v0, Lovable and Bolt
  • Choosing between low-fidelity and code-backed prototypes by stage
Building Interactive Prototypes from Figma and Sketches
  • Turning Figma frames and screenshots into working components
  • Defining form validation, filtering and micro-interactions
Parallel Variant Exploration and Iteration Loops
  • Branching three distinct design approaches for the same flow rapidly
  • Live revisions during design critique sessions
Realistic Data and Usability Test Preparation
  • Populating tables, charts and lists with domain-accurate synthetic datasets
  • Usability test task scenarios and observation checklists
Syncing Back to the Design System and Developer Handoff
  • Bringing validated prototype decisions back into the Figma design system
  • Delivering behavioural specifications to engineering teams
