Course Objective
Participants will receive a certificate of participation or achievement approved by the Lifelong Learning Center (BÜYEM) of Boğaziçi University, one of Turkey's most prestigious universities. This training has been developed in collaboration with the Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center (BÜYEM), and Boğaziçi University faculty members will also take part in the sessions.
Participants will be eligible to receive a certificate of participation or achievement approved by the Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center (BÜYEM). The program is designed in partnership with BÜYEM, with Boğaziçi University academics contributing to the lectures.
This training aims to help participants understand the complex world of artificial intelligence (AI) without requiring a technical background and gain practical skills they can directly integrate into their daily business workflows. Our primary goal is to demystify AI from being a "black box" and turn it into a powerful assistant that boosts productivity, sparks creativity, and supports strategic decision-making for professionals at every level.
In this context, our training aims to:
Develop AI Literacy: Convey the core concepts, types, and business potential of artificial intelligence in clear, accessible language.
Build Practical Tool Proficiency: Enable effective daily use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini, image generation platforms such as Imagen, Flux, Midjourney, and DALL-E, as well as video generation models such as Veo 3 and Kling.
Establish Strategic Communication Skills (Prompt Engineering): Teach how to "communicate" with AI tools (writing effective prompts) to achieve optimal results.
Create Tangible Value in Business Processes: Build competency in using AI across a wide spectrum—from writing emails and summarizing reports to content creation, basic data analysis, interacting with internal company documents (RAG), and automating repetitive tasks.
Generate Reports, Analyses, and Charts from Your Data: Learn how to analyze your data, create reports, and visualize insights using AI without needing a technical background or coding skills.
Drive Efficiency and Time Savings: Empower participants to focus more on strategically important work through AI-assisted automation and rapid problem-solving capabilities.
Encourage Innovative Thinking: Provide a vision for using AI as a tool for ideation, problem-solving, and improving processes such as employee onboarding.
Raise Awareness of Responsible and Ethical Use: Foster responsible adoption of technology by building awareness around AI ethics, data privacy, and potential biases.
Develop Personalized Implementation Plans: Guide each participant in creating measurable and actionable AI integration plans tailored to their own workflows.
Support a Culture of Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Instill a mindset geared toward continuous learning and adapting to innovations in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
In short, our goal with this training is to help participants view artificial intelligence not as an inaccessible technology, but as an opportunity that simplifies their work and prepares them for the future, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to make the most of it.
