Course Objective & Scope
In growing organisations, decisions stalling in endless meetings and finger-pointing over missed targets are usually symptoms of murky decision architecture rather than bad intent. This course covers clarifying decision rights with RACI, DACI and RAPID frameworks, replacing consensus paralysis with 'disagree and commit', shifting from task completion to single-threaded outcome ownership and holding non-punitive accountability conversations.
Working on real bottlenecks from their organisation, participants design a Decision Rights Matrix and escalation protocol for their units and cross-functional peers.
