Enes Fehmi Manan

He began his career as a data scientist in the banking sector, building production ML systems for credit risk and behavioral-clustering-based portfolio optimization, setting up automated monitoring pipelines to track model stability, and taking an active role in the organization's GenAI transformation by designing workflow automations powered by LLM agents.

During this time, he incubated two GenAI ventures through entrepreneurship programs. For FinGYM, a personal finance app that brings bank and credit card accounts together in one place, he built an agentic RAG chatbot, deployed open-source LLMs on GPU clusters, and set up data extraction from financial documents using vision-language models; he pitched the product to angel investors and took it to the term-sheet stage. He then built Pathway AI, a talent management and succession planning platform for companies with 50+ employees, as sole technical founder: he built the entire product from the system architecture to the automated reporting infrastructure to an LLM-based agentic Nine-Box analytics engine, delivered product demos and technical due diligence to enterprise executives; the product remains actively in use today.

At RuneLab.ai, first as Developer Advocate and later as AI Solutions & Product Lead, he manages enterprise GenAI projects end to end, from the first client conversation through to production, and leads the delivery team. He has delivered GenAI adoption, custom agent development, and technical training programs for Softtech, Turkey Wealth Fund, and Linktera. In parallel, he is co-founder and CTO of Vitki AI, an adaptive learning platform that tracks live what each student actually knows topic by topic; while leading a technical team of 4, he has personally built its agentic tutoring flows, a video RAG pipeline for mastery tracking, real-time conversation infrastructure deployed serverless, and instructor/institution analytics dashboards.

On the training side, he has hosted Expert Talks, an interview series featuring AI/ML practitioners from companies like NVIDIA, Google DeepMind, and Anthropic. He has designed and delivered hands-on GenAI and machine learning bootcamps for universities, communities, and enterprise teams. He leads an AI community he founded and is actively building open-source projects on GitHub.

His goal in training is to have participants build real systems they can carry straight into production, rather than demo-only examples; he has walked this path himself, from idea to production and from MVP to enterprise scale, more than once.
