Course Objective & Scope
A promising use case can stall for months when data is scattered, inaccessible or blocked by personal data restrictions. This course makes the data and dependencies an opportunity needs visible early, before resources are committed.
It covers the dimensions of data quality (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency), data ownership and access, labelling needs, document and knowledge base readiness for RAG scenarios, and KVKK/GDPR assessment. Integration, vendor and skills dependencies are analysed as well. Participants prepare a readiness scorecard and dependency map for their own use cases.
Who Should Attend?
- Use case owners and business unit representatives
- Data owners, data governance and data management teams
- IT, enterprise architecture and integration teams
- AI programme and project managers
Key Takeaways
- Define a use case's data needs by source, volume and format
- Assess data quality and accessibility with structured criteria
- Check document sets for RAG on freshness, ownership and permissions
- Map technical, vendor and organisational dependencies
- Build a readiness scorecard and an action plan to close the gaps
