Course Objective & Scope
Every team has unwritten rules; when they go undiscussed, mismatched expectations turn into quiet tension. Using Tuckman's stages of team development and psychological safety as a frame, the programme surfaces implicit norms and turns them into working agreements on communication channels, response times, meeting behaviour, decision making and focus time.
Participants draft a charter and working agreement for their own team, and plan how agreements are passed on to new members and revisited in retrospectives.
