Course Objective & Scope
Project managers spend much of their time on meeting notes, status reports, risk registers and stakeholder correspondence. This programme embeds generative AI across the project life cycle: project charter and scope drafts, work breakdown structure (WBS), estimation assumptions, risk analysis, change request assessment and lessons learned.
Participants work on a real or anonymised project from their own organisation. Deliverables include prompt templates aligned with PMBOK and agile practices, a verification checklist for AI outputs and a status-reporting workflow the team can reuse.
