Course Objective & Scope
Project teams lose a significant share of their time to repetitive writing: task descriptions, meeting notes, documentation and weekly updates. This course helps team members do this work faster and more consistently with Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini, covering use cases inside everyday tools such as Jira, Confluence, Teams and Loop.
Exercises use examples taken from the team's own workflow. The team leaves with a shared prompt library, an output checklist and a short usage rule sheet showing which data may be shared with which tool.
