Course Objective & Scope
Many business-unit needs do not require a full software project; a well-designed no-code assistant or smart database app can solve in hours what would otherwise wait weeks in a backlog. This course teaches how to build working business tools without code using Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, Gemini Gems, Notion AI, Airtable AI and simple form-to-assistant flows.
Participants pick a recurring problem from their department, build a working prototype with system instructions, reference documents and sample inputs, and test it with peers. Clear boundaries are set to prevent shadow IT and decide when a tool should move to engineering.
