Course Objective & Scope
IT operations and service desk teams spend hours every week on account provisioning, license changes, alert triage, asset updates and repetitive ITSM tickets. n8n acts as an integration and orchestration hub connecting directory services, cloud consoles, monitoring tools and service desks.
Participants build automated joiner-mover-leaver (JML) workflows with Entra ID / Active Directory and Google Workspace, automate Jira Service Management or ServiceNow tickets, execute remote remediation via SSH and APIs, and enrich infrastructure or security alerts in real time.
