Course Objective & Scope
Requirements buried in scattered interview notes, missing acceptance criteria and differing interpretations between business and IT are among the costliest project problems. This course positions LLMs as an analysis assistant at every step of business analysis: extracting needs from interview transcripts, BRD and functional design drafts, user stories with Gherkin acceptance criteria, AS-IS/TO-BE process flows and gap analysis.
Participants work end to end on an anonymised request from their organisation, producing requirement templates, a sample traceability matrix and a quality checklist for reviewing AI outputs.
