Course Objective & Scope

Corporate trainers and internal subject-matter experts (SMEs) must turn domain knowledge into adult-learning cases, exercises and assessments rather than one-way lectures. This programme covers structuring learning objectives, writing industry-specific cases and simulations, producing facilitator guides and participant workbooks, and creating post-training reinforcement materials.

Each participant redesigns one of their own courses with AI support during the programme, leaving with a modular lesson plan, a case/role-play pack, an assessment rubric and a trainer prompt library.
