Course Objective & Scope
Building internal assistants that both answer from corporate knowledge bases and execute HR, IT service desk or customer transactions requires strict access control, source grounding and safe action design. This training covers developing both conversational copilots and event-triggered autonomous agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configuring RAG over knowledge sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, enterprise APIs), balancing generative orchestration with deterministic topics, wiring Power Automate and connector actions, configuring Entra ID authentication, and publishing to Microsoft Teams and M365 Copilot are practised hands-on. Participants build a working organisation-specific agent prototype.
Who Should Attend?
- Business analysts, digital workplace and M365 specialists
- IT service desk, HR and customer experience process owners
