Course Objective & Scope
Most enterprises can neither move everything to the public cloud nor buy enough on-premises GPUs for every spike: workloads touching regulated customer records stay on-prem, while general tasks and traffic bursts run on Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI. This course teaches how to unify cloud and on-premises environments under a single hybrid LLMOps control plane.
Participants design a sensitivity-aware hybrid gateway, provider-agnostic application contracts, private network links (PrivateLink/ExpressRoute) and consistent deployment and observability across both environments.
Who Should Attend?
- Solution and platform architects designing hybrid cloud and on-prem AI infrastructure
- MLOps and DevOps teams operating Azure, AWS or GCP alongside internal Kubernetes clusters
- Technical leaders defining data residency and cloud adoption strategy
- Prerequisite: basic cloud services, container/Kubernetes and LLM API familiarity
Key Takeaways
- Compare capabilities across Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI and on-prem vLLM
- Route requests between on-prem and cloud endpoints automatically based on data classification
- Build a provider-agnostic abstraction layer that avoids cloud vendor lock-in
- Configure PrivateLink/VPC peering, enterprise IAM and zero-data-retention policies
- Design cloud-bursting and cross-environment failover when internal GPU capacity saturates
Curriculum
Enterprise Hybrid AI Architectural Patterns
- Deciding which workloads stay on-prem and which run on managed cloud services
- Enterprise security and quota models in Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock and Vertex AI
Portability and Provider Abstraction
- OpenAI-compatible schemas, LiteLLM/gateways and OCI container packaging
- Normalising prompt, tool-calling and structured-output differences across providers
Data Classification and Policy-Driven Routing
- Enforcing on-prem vLLM routing for KVKK/GDPR-regulated payloads
- Using managed cloud models and cloud bursting for public or anonymised workloads
Network Security, Identity and Data Privacy Controls
- PrivateLink/Private Service Connect, customer-managed keys (CMK) and Zero Data Retention
- Region pinning, compliance audit logs and cross-environment IAM governance
Unified Observability and Disaster Recovery
- Monitoring cloud and on-prem calls in a single Langfuse/OTel and FinOps dashboard
- Business continuity playbooks for internal cluster maintenance or cloud region outages
